Color Disclaimer
- A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
- Color appointments require a $50–$100 deposit based on the service.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of that day’s service total before future appointments can be made.
- A second late cancellation/no-show will require 100% payment upfront to book again.
Priority Appointments
- Priority pricing is available for early/late appointments outside normal hours based on availability. This includes an additional 35% of your service total.
Product Returns
- Products may be exchanged within 7 days of original purchase.
- Your satisfaction matters. If something doesn’t feel right, please let me know at your appointment or within 48 hours so I can make it right. All services are non-refundable, but adjustments are always complimentary. In rare cases, a salon credit may be issued.
Color Disclaimer
- Please note: box color or going from darker to lighter tones may require multiple sessions to safely achieve your desired result.
