About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah! I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2011 and like to think of myself as a hardworking and driven person. I LOVE attending hair shows, classes, and even work on my mannequin heads in my free time. Being a stylist isn’t just my job, it's also a huge hobby of mine. I really do enjoy what I do and I honestly can’t picture myself in any other career. 

When you sit in my chair feel free to ask me anything from product knowledge to how I’m styling your hair. I have many tips and tricks that will help you out to make sure that you and your hair are happy and healthier than ever! I have a lot of knowledge behind the science of what goes into your hair products, so please feel free to ask me ANYTHING. 

I love to post my work on social media sites such as Instagram and Facebook @sarahnicholehair. So make sure you follow as I post articles, openings, new products, and anything else I can find that may help my clients out. 

I provide my clients with a friendly, professional, and comfortable atmosphere at all times so they can feel more at home. I am a pretty laid back person and love getting to know all my clients. Many of my long term clients I consider friends.

One of my favorite things to do in the salon is color! I love everything from bright rainbow hair, to natural low maintenance balayage, to platinum blondes! It’s a lot of fun for me to get creative and transform your hair and to work towards your hair goals. Another favorite thing that I love to do is weddings! I really enjoy preparing brides and grooms for their big day, it’s such a fun and heart warming experience to be a part of! It's definitely a nice change of pace from the salon, as I usually get to work on location with the wedding party.

As much as I love my profession, I have quite a few non work related activities that I'm interested in. One of my favorite things to do is hang out with my husband Zack and our dog Luke! If you are one of my clients, a favorite conversation of mine is talking about dogs, I am kind of a crazy dog mom and will spend an hour showing you pictures of my dog if you let me! Since my husband and I spoil our dog, we do activities that we can always include him in. We love to bring him hiking, swimming, and hunting. In the summer, we spend about 95% of our time outside which also includes another hobby of mine which is gardening! So be prepared to see some gardening pictures and other outside adventures!

To wrap things up, here are a couple of fun facts about me! I am left handed, I’m only 5 feet tall (don’t worry tall clients I have a step stool for you if I need it 😂), my favorite junk food is Oreos, my favorite color is blue, I'm obsessed with crime shows, and I'm a big Harry Potter nerd. I'm also not a morning person, but that’s why coffee was invented right?
