Cancellation Policy: When you book your appointment a credit card is required to hold your spot and a confirmation text will be sent out after booking. Color Appointments require a $50-100 deposit depending on the service. If you are a no show or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours, 50% of that days services will be collected before any future appointments can be made. If this happens a second time a 100% payment is required before any future appointments can be made.
Priority Pricing: This pricing is for guests that need a priority appointment that will jump you to the front of the line! This will cause me to work outside my normal hours. If I am available I will stay late/ come in early for you for an additional 35% of your service total.
Product Returns: You can exchange any products purchased within 7 days of original purchase date.
Service Guarantee: I attempt to ensure that you are always 100% satisfied with your experience with me at the salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed and I will be more than happy to adjust your hair for you.
All services are NON-REFUNDABLE but I will adjust your hair free of charge. In the extremely rare case that you are still not satisfied you will be given a salon credit to be used with another stylist at the salon.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one session to achieve your desired result.
